At The ReDesign Shop, each item is carefully curated and/or custom-crafted with intention. Due to the unique nature of our inventory and design services, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at shoptheredesign@gmail.com, including your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
